We love our furry family members and know that they are an important part of our residents' lives. Ashton Mills Townhomes is a pet-friendly community welcoming a max of three (3) cats and/or dogs per townhome apartment. A one-time pet deposit (non-refundable) of $350 is required for up to three (3) pets, and monthly pet rent is due in the amount of $25/pet. Ashton Mills Townhomes offers many amenities that are pawsitively purrfect for pets, with spacious interiors, a planned on-site dog park, fenced in backyards (select townhomes), and plenty of community green space to roam.
