At Ashton Mills Townhomes, monthly fees are billed separately from rent and are not included in the standard rental rate for a particular townhome. In addition to monthly rent, residents will pay a monthly fee for internet, pest control, and water & sewer service. The standard rental terms offered at Ashton Mills Townhomes are from 12-15 months. Short-term leasing options from 6-11 months are also available, and carry a short-term premium. This rate varies based on term length, time of year, and other market conditions, so please contact the Leasing Office to receive a personalized quote based on your term length needs.

Ashton Mills Townhomes offers two- and three-bedroom townhome layouts, each with an attached one- or two-car garage, and select homes feature fenced yards, private patios, first-floor primary suites, and secondary flex spaces. The pet-friendly community welcomes dogs and cats (up to three pets per home, with breed restrictions), and its location is convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants, and services.

Ashton Mills Townhomes is a pet-friendly community welcoming a max of three (3) cats and/or dogs per townhome apartment. A one-time pet deposit (non-refundable) of $350 is required for up to three (3) pets, and monthly pet rent is due in the amount of $25/pet. Ashton Mills Townhomes offers many amenities that are pawsitively purrfect for pets, with spacious interiors, a planned on-site dog park, fenced in backyards (select townhomes), and plenty of community green space to roam.

Included at no additional cost with every townhome unit is a 1- or 2-car attached garage for the ultimate in convenience and auto care. There is also additional driveway parking space available with your garage. These private attached garages offer direct entry into your townhome unit in addition to the separate individual private entrance that comes with your home.
